1. Products and Applications
CORE RADIATOR supplies radiators and cooling solutions primarily for heavy equipment applications.
Product photographs, specifications, dimensions, compatibility information, and descriptions are provided for reference and product identification purposes.
Customers should confirm the required product before placing an order.
2. Product Compatibility
Heavy equipment may use different radiator configurations depending on model, serial number, production year, engine configuration, or regional specification.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, which may include:
• Equipment manufacturer and model
• Part number or OEM reference number
• Equipment serial number where applicable
• Radiator dimensions
• Photographs of the original radiator
• Inlet and outlet positions
• Mounting details
When necessary, our team may request additional information before confirming compatibility.
3. Quotations
Quotations are based on the product specifications, quantity, destination, shipping method, and other requirements provided by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, prices, shipping costs, production schedules, and availability may be subject to change before an order is confirmed.
4. Orders
An order is considered confirmed after the applicable commercial terms have been agreed upon and any required payment has been received.
Customers should carefully review product numbers, specifications, quantities, shipping information, and other order details before confirming an order.
5. OEM and Custom Products
OEM, ODM, and customized products may be manufactured according to customer-provided specifications, drawings, samples, or technical requirements.
Once production of a customized product has begun, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
Customized products are generally not eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or the product does not conform to the mutually confirmed specifications.
6. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information. However, product appearance, packaging, labeling, or minor technical details may change as products are improved.
Customers should request confirmation when a particular specification is critical to their application.
7. Shipping
International shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier schedules, weather, port congestion, local regulations, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Warranty
Eligible products are covered according to the applicable warranty terms. Please refer to our Warranty Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
Website content, including original text, graphics, logos, product materials, and other content belonging to CORE RADIATOR may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without authorization, except where otherwise permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and equipment manufacturer names appearing on this website remain the property of their respective owners and may be used for product identification and compatibility reference purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CORE RADIATOR will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from improper installation, incorrect product selection based on inaccurate customer information, unauthorized modification, misuse, or operation outside the product's intended application.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply from its effective date.
