2. Warranty Claims
If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and provide:
• Order or invoice information
• Product part number
• Equipment model
• Description of the problem
• Clear photographs and/or videos
• Installation information where relevant
Additional information may be requested to determine the cause of the issue.
3. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage generally does not apply to damage or failure caused by:
• Incorrect installation
• Incorrect product selection based on inaccurate customer information
• Improper maintenance

We recommend that products be installed by qualified personnel.
Before installation, compare the replacement radiator with the original unit and verify dimensions, mounting points, connections, and other relevant specifications.
